N-Tone-Chanting with teacher Xu Junhui

The N-tone method was developed by Dr. Pang around 2007 and is a direct, upright way to Yiyuanti. It is one of the most effective methods to train the consciousness and reach higher levels of awareness. By chanting the N tone we learn that our whole life is „n“. Every thought, every evaluation, every emotion, every body feeling, every movement is „n“, equal and neutral. To practice the N-tone means non-duality, complete awareness and acceptance.
However, the N-tone method should not only be seen as an exercise to achieve the highest level of consciousness, enlightenment. Rather it opens up to us in many stages. It corrects unbalanced emotions and states of consciousness as well as negative thinking and builds up an inner stability that strengthens our immune system and our body on all levels. It brings harmony in our lives, in our relationships and in humanity as a whole, because we practise not only for ourselves but for all.
The N-tone method is suitable for everyone. Also for beginners who have no previous Zhineng Qigong experience. On the other hand, it can also open a new door and show a way to leave old patterns and blockades behind, especially for long-time and experienced practitioners who feel „stucked“.
We are very happy to have teacher Xu Junhui as one of the most experienced and best teachers in teaching the N-tone. Through his clear and extraordinary state of consciousness he leads his students with much compassion, naturalness and warmth of heart directly to the truth, to the level of the True Self.
In the seminar itself, theory, questions & answers units and joint practice of the N-tone exercise alternate. Especially through the daily questions of the participants, which teacher Xu answers with much empathy and clarity, he leads the students to deep insight and into a higher state. Due to the different questions of each group, each seminar is therefore also different, because teacher Xu responds exactly to the state of the respective participants.

General preparations and notes
Participants can achieve the best results, experience a personal change of consciousness and deep transformation, if they prepare and set the ideal conditions before the seminar starts and during the seminar.
N-Tone chanting should practiced without any interruptions, i.e. also before and after the online teaching hours. To get the most out of the experience of N-tone chanting, we recommend that the participants create the required space and time to focus mainly on N-tone chanting without any interruptions. The interruption of external and internal stimuli is decisive for successful participation, so that it is to avoid any external stimuli as much as possible (e.g. avoid contact with other people through telephone, email etc. and no physical contact or eye contact).
We also recommend to prepare food and drinks (light meals, not very spicy, no alcoholic beverages) for the whole three days and also to finish all other obligations, tasks, work etc. before the seminar starts.

The seminar only takes place with a minimum number of participants. Cancellation due to too few participants will be made no later than two weeks before the seminar.

Cancellations
If you have booked our seminar and you are no longer able to attend our seminar, please cancel your booking as soon as possible by e-mail. Please note the following cancellation charges:
– Cancellation up to one month before the start of the seminar: a processing fee of € 50 will be retained
– Cancellation up to two weeks before the start of the seminar: 25% of the seminar price will be retained
– Cancellation less than two weeks before the start of the seminar: 50% of the seminar price will be retained
In the event of no-show, the seminar fee paid will not be reimbursed.
General
Due to teacher cancellations or any other situations outside our control, we reserve the right to make any changes to our program or teachers.
Due to too few participants we reserve the right to cancel the seminar. Paid seminar fees will be refunded.
In all circumstances, we will not be liable for any failure beyond our control; for example, the failure is unforeseeable or unavoidable or unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
Participation in our seminars is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
The seminar offered is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatments. Any health risks must be clarified with a doctor before registering for the seminar.
If there is an important reason, such as illness of the guest lecturer or force majeure, we are entitled to postpone the seminar, to substitute another teacher or to cancel the seminar. If a seminar is canceled, seminar fees already paid will be refunded immediately. If an seminar is postponed, you can choose between participating in the alternative date offered and reimbursing the participation fee that has already been paid. Further claims of the seminar participants, in particular claims for damages in the event of changes or cancellation of a seminar, are not accepted.
